In 1996, I moved to the United States to start a new business. While in America, I struggled with chronic fatigue and stress due to work-related pressure and an unbalanced diet.

Later, studying holistic nutrition became a turning point, leading to improved health both physically and mentally.

Drawing from my own experiences, I began working as a health coach with the desire to support others in achieving their dreams.
